Counselling can be a very important part of managing your mental wellbeing, particularly at this worrying and for some, lonely time.
I offer counselling and psychotherapy in Edinburgh for both individuals and couples. I will provide a safe and confidential therapeutic space, where you can feel listened to and understood, allowing you to explore your emotions, without being judged.
Counselling can support you through difficult periods of your life. Together we can help you to address problems which may stem from distressing events in your earlier life. These can sometimes cause a repetitive impact on the present. Issues such as poor relationships, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, divorce, stress, depression, blended families, living with neurodiversity, can all affect our ability to cope with life. Counselling can help you come to terms with and find acceptance of the past, think about the options available to you and the choices you might wish to make to enable you to look forwards to a more positive future.
I can help you find new ways of understanding yourself and your feelings.
I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and I adhere to their code of ethics.
I am an Edinburgh counsellor working in the Morningside area of Edinburgh.
I am very happy to take on new clients in person or by video link (zoom).
